Returns Policy

We are confident that you will be delighted with your Cameo purchase, should you change your mind for any reason then we will refund any items returned to us in the original, saleable condition within 30 days, starting the day after the day on which the goods are delivered.

Please note that we don’t offer a free returns service and the cost of returning your purchase to us must be covered by you.

Please ensure you enclose a clearly written note in your return parcel with your name, contact number and order number to speed up your returns process.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please state this clearly on your form along with the new item you would like.

Returns are processed within 7 working days of arrival to us and a refund or exchange (as requested by you) will then be issued shortly. Please be aware at very busy times such as, this processing time may be extended.
